He has proven expertise in operations management, with a strong track record of delivering seamless production outcomes across complex operational frameworks. At Clear-pak Australia, Gavin is responsible for production management, daily operations, sales and estimation, purchasing, logistics and OH&S. His hands-on leadership style and broad operational knowledge ensure efficient daily operations while supporting sustainable business growth, sales and customer satisfaction.
